Our Delivery Policy and its options are ONLY for UK
mainland deliveries. Deliveries outside of this area will be charged at the prevailling
rates and will be subject to longer delivery times.
POSTAGE AND PACKING IS FREE FOR ALL UK ORDERS.
It is our policy to have as many of our products as possible available for next
day delivery.
If, for any reason, we are not able to despatch
the whole of your order to meet your requested delivery, we will contact you
to agree alternative arrangements but you will have the option to cancel the
outstanding order and to receive a refund in respect thereof.
Whilst we aim to deliver all items from stock,
it may sometimes be necessary to deliver some products directly from our suppliers.
If this is necessary, we will contact you. Delivery
is dependent upon items being in stock, unallocated to meet other orders and
available for despatch.
All delivery times refer to normal business days
(Monday to Friday).
To qualify for NEXT DAY delivery, orders must
be received by 12pm on the business day before.
Orders received after 12pm will be treated as
if they had been received on the NEXT working day.
For orders taken on a Friday, Next Day delivery
will be the following Monday.
NOTE that
- Delivery days
are calculated from the date of receipt of cleared funds to meet your order
and
- Although every endeavour will be made to
adhere to the time or times quoted under no circumstances shall we be liable
for any loss arising from delay in despatch or delivery howsoever caused
and
- In the unlikely event of delivery not being
made to you within 30 days we will refund you in full should you so wish.

Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods ordered without your having to give a reason. In order to exercise this right during this cooling off period you must confirm the cancellation during the cooling off period by email or fax and quote the despatch note number. In the event of your exercising this right we will arrange collection of the goods from you and the cost of returning the goods is the only charge that we will levy against you and all other payments made by you will be returned by us to you within 30 days of our receiving notification of cancellation from you in the manner specified.
Where goods have been damaged in transit you should notify us of this fact within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods to you and you should do this by email or fax quoting the despatch note number and indicate in such communication whether you would like us to despatch a replacement to you. If you do not elect to have a replacement we shall refund the whole of the money paid by you within 30 days of your notification of the damage provided that we are satisfied on the return of the goods that they were damaged in transit to you. We will then arrange the collection of the goods from you.
Products returned for refund must be in the condition they were in when they were delivered and in their original packaging.
Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
